SolfaRe may process the following categories of data:

• name entered by users aged 13 or older
• nickname entered by users aged 13 or older
• email address entered by users aged 13 or older
• scores, crowns, and gameplay progression data

• technical data strictly necessary for the app to function on the device

The app does not use behavioral advertising and is not designed to collect data that is unnecessary for the purposes described in this notice.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• to create and manage the user profile
• to personalize the user experience within the app
• to save progress, settings, personal ranking, and results
• to allow, only where the user gives explicit consent, the sending of name and email to an external service for the management of a contact list related to the project
• to apply an anonymous usage mode for users under the age of 13
• to handle support requests, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of data

5. LEGAL BASIS

The processing of data necessary for the functioning of the app and for the storage of the profile, scores, and settings is based on the provision of the service requested by the user.

The sending of name and email to external services for contact or update purposes takes place only with the explicit consent of users aged 13 or older.

6. WHERE DATA IS STORED

A significant portion of the data is stored locally on the user’s device through the app’s persistent storage.

If the user is at least 13 years old and expressly accepts the relevant processing, name and email may be sent to:

• Cloudflare Workers
• Brevo, for contact list management

7. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS AND SERVICES

For certain optional or infrastructure-related features, SolfaRe uses the following providers:

• Cloudflare Workers, as serverless infrastructure for the secure transfer of authorized data
• Brevo, as a platform for contact list management

These services are used only within the limits of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

8. DATA RETENTION

Data stored locally on the device remains stored until:

• the user modifies it within the app
• the user deletes the app’s data
• the user uninstalls the app, if the operating system also removes the associated local storage

Data sent to Brevo, if consent has been given by a user aged 13 or older, remains stored until:

• it is removed by the data controller
• the user requests its deletion
• the user withdraws consent, where applicable

9. USER RIGHTS

Users may request, within the limits provided by applicable law:

• access to their data
• rectification of inaccurate data
• deletion of data
• restriction of processing
• withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent

10. CHILDREN UNDER 13 AND USE BY PARENTS

SolfaRe may also be used by minors with the support or under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If the app is used by children under the age of 13:

• use of the app must take place with the involvement of a parent or guardian, where required by applicable law
• the app limits access to a local and anonymous gameplay experience only
• no name, nickname, email, or other contact data is requested
• the full profile form is not displayed
• no personal data is sent to Brevo or to other contact services
• if a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided personal data without authorization before the adoption of these measures or otherwise, they may request its deletion by writing to info@zen0lab.com

SolfaRe does not knowingly request personal data from children under the age of 13 in order to access gameplay mode. The app is not designed to collect unnecessary sensitive information, does not use behavioral advertising, and does not declare permissions for microphone, precise location, or advertising identifiers for profiling purposes.

11. CONTENT AND SAFETY FOR FAMILIES

SolfaRe is an educational app for music reading training. The app does not include public chats, freely user-generated content, third-party advertising, or mechanics designed to contact strangers.

The possible entry of name, nickname, and email is available only to users aged 13 or older within the profile and functionalities strictly connected to the use of the app.

12. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

This Privacy Policy may be updated over time to reflect legal, technical, or functional changes to the app. The most recent version will be published at this same URL.
